• Monitor staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze call center metrics.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations
Job Requirements
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a senior role.
• English proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Advanced customer service practices.
• Excellent decisions making skills

Responsibilities
• Analyzing and evaluating existing strategies, policies, and procedures, and reforming them with the help of executives and staff.
• Supervising HR team.
• Creating training and development programs.
• Leading recruitment efforts and sitting in on interviews with potential candidates
• Keeping abreast of government regulations & public policies and amending & developing company policies accordingly.
• Assisting with the organization of team building and staff development activities
• Brainstorming and implementing incentives that increase staff morale and productivity
Job Requirements
• Above 2 years’ experience in a senior role
• Experience in a non-traditional HR system
• Familiarity with labor law
• Experience in recruiting overseas preferably western.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, people person.
