Business Analysis Officer for Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
The senior business analysis officer, supports the business users with the formulation of a system or process change within the business activity. The role holder will work closely with the Business end users, IT Services, the Project team and external Suppliers, to ensure that an effective solution is deployed into the estate. The senior officer will support the project during the project life cycle.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.
Professional ICT qualifications in Microsoft systems and ERP systems is an added advantage.
Experience: At least Four (4) years of service delivery management
