In this role, you will conduct consultations with potential customers, introducing them to our product, and addressing any questions or concerns. Fluency in English is essential, as you’ll be communicating with customers from around the world. clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting virtual consultations with potential customers to discuss our virtual assistant product.
  • Providing information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Answering questions and addressing concerns to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrating the value proposition of our product through effective communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 12th Grade complete, Bsc preferred.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Comfortable conducting virtual meetings.
