Sales & Marketing Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Promoting device in Key Outlets, and establish the company sales targets;
· Keeping the outlet image, making (display/POSM usage/promoter service) properly;
. Establishing and preserving good relationship with customers, execute the company sales and marketing efforts;
· Actively implement the promotional activities;
· Collecting requirements and recommendations of consumers to build good image of the company;

Education
· First Degree in marketing or related field of study
Work Experience
One or more years’ experience in sales

Brand Manager
The Brand managers is responsible to oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, online and offline promotions, market research and marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
– Conduct consumer and market research
– Design a research-based brand strategy
– Lead a creative development of ATL communication
– Develop and execute marketing campaigns
– Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
– Monitor ROI of each marketing campaign
– Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboard
– Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
– Negotiate advertising contracts
– Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
– Create integrated marketing concepts for all of the brand
– Lead campaign delivery – developing and managing campaign plan with across all key channels with internal stakeholders and agencies
– Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

Job Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
1. Education requirements:
First Degree or MA in Marketing Management
2. Experience requirements:
Have more than 5 years of working experience in FMCG companies in brand planning and other marketing activities
Amharic Software Translator & Software Test engineer
The main responsibility for this position is translating technical and software terms from English language to Amharic language, testing mobile functions before production and other duties as required.
Job Requirements
- BSC Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering and other related fields.
- Excellent in English language (writing, reading)
- Excellent in translating technical words and sentences from English to Amharic
- Basic computer skills
- Good Amharic typing speed
- Preferable if have prior translation work experience (if not available, can apply for fresh graduates)
- Excellent communication skills in English Languages, Both written, reading and speaking.
