Job Summary

District Legal Attorney is responsible for providing legal opinions, reviewing documents to assure its validity, reviewing contracts concluded by the Bank to make sure forms and substances are fulfilled. The role holder will also initiate legal actions and handle court cases as per the Bank’s policies and procedures and in close consultation with Legal Department.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • Additional certification in law, banking, finance or similar fields is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on local language is an added advantage.

  • Strong skills in drafting a variety of legal documents and communicating complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to speedily grasp the essence, content and implications of the Bank’s constitutive documents in order to be able to provide advice on them.

Job Summary

  • The Relationship Manager will grow and maintain a portfolio of clients within the assigned sector by recommending or selling IFB Corporate Banking products and cross selling other Bank products and services so as to enhance value-add relationship with existing customers. 
  • This incorporates strong personal drive in prospecting and acquiring new customers, pursuing incremental business within the existing customer base, managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship and providing business advice that will benefit the client.

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing management, business administration, banking, finance or related field
  • Diploma/ Certificate in Islamic banking finance or related field is an added advantage.
  • Experience in corporate banking is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Arabic language is mandatory.

  • Knowledge of Arabic language 
  • Knowledge and experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services industry to provide visionary guidance on strategic changes to drive performance.
  • Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Extensive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders regarding key business priorities, issues and initiatives.
  • Project management skills.
