Elsabi Micro Finance invites qualified applicants for the following job positions.
Elsabi Small Financial Institution is a financial institution established by the National Bank of Ethiopia with a capital of one hundred million Birr (100,000,000 Birr) in accordance with the Decree No. 626/2001 E.C on the Establishment of Small Financial Institutions. The institution is providing accessible and efficient services through its branches. Elsabi is providing sustainable financial services to communities that cannot access banking services (small entrepreneurs and small farmers, women, youth, etc.).
Position 1: Risk And Internal Audit Head
Education and Work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
Prepares annual internal audit plans and work schedules; Identify risk prone financial, procurement and operational areas to properly address during the review to set priority, determine audit program to be used, techniques to be applied, sampling techniques to be used and sample size to be covered.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Education and Work Experience: BA Degree in Accounting 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.
- Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.
The responsibility of the Senior Accountant is to establish, operate, monitor and periodically summarize the extent of the financial operations and performances of the Company, i.e. recording, summarizing and reporting in the form of regular financial statements and reports. and prepare consolidation financial statements with control branch accounts and accountants.
