NGO ASOCIACION AMIGOS DE SILVA is looking for incorporate to our staff an Architect/Civil Engineer/Construction Management, you will work closely with our team to provide Architect/Civil engineering services for a variety of projects. You will be responsible for follow up, field supervision, office coordinating, as well as ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow the different construction sites in different locations in Ethiopia.
- Design, field supervision, office progress report
- Create and review drawings, specifications, bill of quantities, site plan, material delivery and field supervision.
- Perform site visits and inspections to ensure that installations and construction are following standard construction and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in engineering.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architect/Civil Engineering /construction management or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering, including internships or co-op programs
- Knowledge of Architect/Civil engineering principles, theories, and concepts
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft word, excel and PPT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to travel to different construction sites.
