Currently, we are seeking to hire HR Analyst for Frontieri Head quarter office, Addis Ababa. The position holder with the understanding of the nature of the business, is responsible to handle HR Solutions analysis related with recruitment and selection, employment contract management outsourcing, organizational development, and employee’s capacity development program management.

Job Summary:
The HR Intern is responsible for providing administrative and support services to the HR department. The intern will gain experience in a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits.

General Duties and Responsibilities of the Intern for Human Resource:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives;
- Ensure full compliance of HR activities with Frontieri rules and regulations and the policies procedures and strategies;
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc);
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies);
- Administer and maintain accurate records through Frontieri staffing table;
- Provide information and advice to Frontieri personnel on the conditions of assignment, administration of entitlements, insurance, performance management, and learning and development, among others;
- Provide support to the implementation of the performance appraisal process and follow-through on activities related to performance management;
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes;
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc);
- Communicate with public services when necessary;
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures;
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews;
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees;
- Monitor the implementation of strategic staffing policies in line with career development;
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and updating our database;
- Perform other duties as may be assigned;
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and any related social science field
- Zero to One-year experience in human resources/administrative position
- Basic knowledge of the labor law
- High Computer literate with fast typing (MS Office and MS Excel in particular)
HRM Knowledge:
- This position requires good understanding of the subject matter of human resources in a business company.
- Good knowledge of business organizations’ challenges with respect to Talent management
- Good understanding of local labor laws and the most common company HR policies and practice
- Good academic background in managing the human resources.
- Good understanding of the contribution of HR in managing business organizations
