The Real Estate Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of sales consultants and helping them achieve their sales goals. This position will involve setting goals and objectives, training and coaching consultants, monitoring performance, and resolving customer complaints. Responsibilities

·         Set goals and objectives for the sales team

·         Train and coach sales consultants on sales techniques and products

·         Monitor consultant performance and provide feedback

Job Requirements

·         4+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field

·         Strong leadership and communication skills

·         Ability to train and coach others

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
