1.HR and Administration Officer

An HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing personnel records, updating databases, and assisting in HR operations. They handle tasks such as creating company policies, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR-related reports.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle day-to-day HR activities including responding to employee complaints, grievances and inquiries
  • Consult and guide line supervisors and the management on employee related issues
  •  Follow-up on job vacancies and efficiency issues and advise on manpower utilization.
  • Follow-up on new hire requests and endure timely filling of vacancies
  • Follow-up on employee performance and disciplinary issues and seek corrective solutions
  • Ensure that the company HR policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees, and seek corrective solutions whenever disciplinary issues
  • Ensure that working hours are respected and are efficiently utilized
  • Build a culture of good communication, team spirit and cooperation throughout the company
  • Foster smooth employee relation through good employee service, and through timely, fair and consistent response to employee inquiries and demands
  • Liaise with relevant departments to handle general administrative matters
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities to handle and respond to employee matters
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, manuals etc. for external institutions in conformity with company’s policy
  • Facilitate timely employee performance evaluation and trigger subsequent actions
  • Facilitate employees training and development process with Training and Development Department
  • Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process

2.Executive Secretory

Description

The position holder shall provide professional reception and administration services in a manner consistent with the business’s corporate image and front and back-office procedures. The primary role of the individual will be to support her line manager to deliver against goals across the different responsibilities.

  • The Executive Assistant must understand the responsibilities, needs and priorities of the manager to ensure focus on the most critical issues. Responsibilities include managing calendars, events, meeting arrangements, travels, and accommodation arrangements, posting expenses and different logistic matters.
  • An executive Secretory is commonly found answering phones, screening visitors, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents, recording meeting minutes, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records 
  • Performing minor accounting duties 
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

3.Senior Sales

Description

  • The Real Estate Sales Officer will be responsible for marketing and selling apartment houses, and follow up on behalf of the buyer to ensure progress is by the agreement and corresponding payments are made until the final delivery of houses.
  • We are looking for individuals with strong Real Estate market knowledge as he/she will be responsible for selling houses to clients & investors in Ethiopia
  • Achieving sales targets with proper discipline and creative customer management
  • Following up with customers, site visits, and executing sales
  • Create a good relationship with existing and new customers
  • Being open-minded and working with good team spirit
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client need
  • Applying relevant sales techniques with full commitment, dedication, and working independently
  • Timely reporting of activities to the Manager

  •  Have a proper understanding of the products and services provided by our company and use the knowledge to execute sales

4.Sales consultant / Young & Energetic/

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers, contractors, and vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or contract terms.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to foster long-term partnerships and ensure reliable supply.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and industry developments that may impact procurement decisions.
  • Assist in the development of procurement strategies to optimize costs and streamline processes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local procurement regulations and practices in Ethiopia is a plus.
