1.Junior Human Resource Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees 
  • Monitoring employee performance.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle day-to-day HR activities 
  •  Follow-up on job vacancies and efficiency issues and advise on manpower utilization.
  • Follow-up on new hire requests and endure timely filling of vacancies
  • Follow-up on employee performance and disciplinary issues and seek corrective solutions
  • Ensure that the company HR policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees, and seek corrective solutions whenever disciplinary issues
  • Ensure that working hours are respected and are efficiently utilized
  • Build a culture of good communication, team spirit and cooperation throughout the company
  • Foster smooth employee relation through good employee service, and through timely, fair and consistent response to employee inquiries and demands
  • Prepare correspondence, documents, manuals etc. for external institutions in conformity with company’s policy
  • Facilitate timely employee performance evaluation and trigger subsequent actions
  • Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process
  • Make sure employee files and records are kept and maintained, well-organized and updated

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in Business Administration or Related fiels
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resource
  • Good communication skill (both Oral and written)
