Construction Supervisor
Job Description
Menschen fuer Menschen Foundation- wishes to invite applicants with the following qualification and experience:
Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares cost estimation for all construction activities before the start of their construction and compares these costs with the as-built construction costs.
- Prepare bill of quantities.
- Supervises school constructions, hand dug wells, spring development etc…
- Certifies contract payments.
- Prepare take off sheets.
Number required: 1 (One)
Terms of Employment: Yearly renewable contract
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Advanced Diploma or TVET Diploma in Building Construction.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years for BSc and 6 years for Diploma.
Language:
- A good command of spoken & written English
