1.Marketing & Sales Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
  • Bring agent-based customer for company from different sales route.
  • Provide customers with information about items.
  • Elevate complaints to management.
  • Keep track of inventory.
  • Collect and process payment & submit to company bank account.
  • Maintain the client informed on new products.
  •  Maintain sales records.
  • Meet or surpass sales quota expectations.
  • Build business relationships with customers in order to earn their trust and maintain their loyalty.
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
  • Maintain current customer accounts by providing sales and product support.
  • Communicate with customers, managers, and other staff in order to resolve problems, complaints and questions related to sales.
  • Develop and maintain clear goals, plans, and timelines to facilitate overall company sales objectives.
  • Create, plan, and execute territory strategies and tactics of sales plan.
  •  Manage customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Conducts market research and sales forecasting.
  • Identify relevant information about our customers such as needs, interests, location, etc.
  • Identify key towns and cities that have potential demand, agents and customers. (Route Plan Draft (RTM)).
  • Identify possible risk factors that can affect sales and distribution.
  • Work on a meticulous market surveying method to cater to existing demand and attract more new customers.
  • Act as a trusted middle man between the company and customer.
  • Increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.   
  •  Prepare and submit periodic reports according to company’s standards to the concerned higher management. (Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly).
  • Performs related activities as required.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience as a marketing officer or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principle
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis method
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
  • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awarenes
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach 

Qualification

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant fields.

Experience 

  •  Soap industries and related industries.
