1.Position: Procurement Officer – POS and OOH Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

The procurement officer is responsible for ensuring that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. He/she is further responsible for searching and evaluating offers from suppliers, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, preparing purchase requests, and maintaining accurate records.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Handling queries related to POS and OOH productions
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
  • Research, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS: 

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related fields such as business administration, procurement/purchasing, accounting, marketing, and management.
  • BA Degree in Purchasing, Accounting, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail.

2.Position: Logistics and Warehouse Manager

The Logistics and Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the execution of strategic and operational priorities for end-to-end logistic and warehouse services including the fleet management and office cleaning team. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and internal stakeholders’ and external clients’ satisfaction.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
  • Ensure track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Lead the warehouse arrangement, cataloged goods, planned routes and processed shipments
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce, fleet management and office cleaning team.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with laws, regulations and other necessary requirements

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven working experience of min 5 years as a Logistics Manager
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Proficient in standard logistics systems and software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
