MeQrez Health Services is a share company incorporated in October 2020 to strengthen the health sector of Ethiopia. Its primary focus is to have companies in the health sector help alleviate the health burden of the country with projects such as General Hospitals, Chains of Pharmacies, Imaging & Diagnosis Centers, and Import and Export of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Consumables. MeQrez at its first phase, has pledged to bring smiles on the faces of ailing customers by providing the highest customer care with affordable-cost and high-quality medication in Ethiopia by Ethiopians. MeQrez General Hospital is now looking to hire experienced candidates who are visionary to contribute a positive impact on the team of MeQrez in the following job positions.

1.Position: Receptionist

Major Responsibilities of this role:

  • Greet Hospital clients, determine the nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Schedule appointments, and maintain, and update appointment calendars.
  • Transmit and receive information or documents to/from customers via telephone, mail, or other company communication media.
  • Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Provide information about the location of departments or offices, and employees within the Hospital.
  • Analyze and update data to determine answers to questions from customers regarding service types, schedules, availability of specialists, and the like.

Term of Employment: – Permanent upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Job Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

  • BA Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing with at least two years of demonstrated work experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • High emotional & mental strength.
  • Best observant & customer care.
  • Willingness to take multi-tasks & additional responsibilities.
  • Best Interpersonal and communication skills with bilingual preference.

2.Administration Manager (Chief Operations Officer)

Major Responsibilities of this role:

  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, utilities and supplies.
  • Communicate with and provide guidance for external vendors and service providers to ensure the organization, department, or work unit’s business needs are met.
  • Adheres to contracts, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure comprehension and compliance.
  • Responsible for prompt services of facilities and general maintenances, security, hygiene & Sanitation, fleet management, Catering and Canteen, and the like.

Closing Date: – Seven consecutive days including Saturday from date of this announcement.

Term of Employment: – Permanent up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Job Requirements

Required skills and qualifications

  • BA Degree or Diploma in relevant business and relevant technical disciplines with at least four years demonstrated work experience on the job positions of general services and Administration or Operation Manager.
  • Emotional & Mental strength.
  • Best observant and ability in trouble shooting of facilities & utilities.
  • Willingness to take multi tasks & additional responsibilities.
  • High level of honesty, integrity and self-initiative.
  • Interpersonal skills.
