Job Description
Our Center wants to compare and hire employees in the vacant workplace below.
Responsibility:
- Handling Customers complaint, provide appropriate solution and alternatives timely, follow-up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and file document
- Follow-up communication procedures and guidelines
- Build suitable relationship and trust with customers
- Identify service failure at any point and apply service recovery plan suitable for that specific point of failure
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Diploma/ Degree in Social fields.
- Experience: 2 years and above,
- Preferably in medical industry
Requirement
- Good communication and bargaining skill
- Ability to adopt and respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Motivation to work in team
- Familiarity with CRM use
- Willing to work as a sales person in the industry
- Familiar with Medical Industry
