- Bachelor of Laws degree from recognized higher learning institution
- Experience: No experience required, but computer skill is preferred

2: Senior Software Engineer
Skill and educational background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System or related fields.
- Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as an software engineer or 4 years as a Junior software engineer or equivalent positions.
Work place: Head Office
N.B
- Ability to work independently, like initiative and ability to give attention to priority of work and quality.
- Fluency in both spoken & written English language and one or more others local languages.
- Proficient is using computer, excellent communication & organizational skill
