BRANCH ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – GRADE B

Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,
Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,
Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,
Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,
Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,
Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance
Department,
Keeps custody of daily transaction and account opening documents.
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance and other related fields with
3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year on Senior
Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

SENIOR MARKETING OFFICER

Essential Function
Supporting the Marketing Division Manager in day to day marketing activities;
Preparing, planning and projecting managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
Creating marketing campaigns, ads for TV and radio
Work closely with the company’s external production Agent, Marketing and Advertising Company to ensure execution of activities.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to existing customers.
Contributing to the annual sales and marketing planning.
Planning and project managing marketing events;
Evaluates marketing events success and present reports in written to the department director.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity to ensure successful outcomes, timely completion and budget goals, and provide a
written report on monthly basis to Department Manager;
Developing and implementing an internal marketing programmer;
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA/MBA/MA Marketing and Communication, Business Administration, Management, Any other related fields 5.5/3.5 years of experience
in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position

JUNIOR ONLINE BANKING TECHNICAL OFFICER

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Check the backup of the Digital Banking server and ensure the USSD server is running smoothly.
Run the SMS, MW, and Email statement components.
Check the MW and back office application servers as well as the disk spaces of the BO application server, including the Kaspersky
installer update file.
Check the top-up responses by running a query for all transactions and failed transactions.
Check the front services of Internet, Mobile Banking, and USSD.
Check the scheduled backup runs of the USSD, MW application, and back office application servers.
Check the UAT application server.
Support user management requests, including the creation, revocation, reset, and termination of accounts.
Accept support requests, detect the root cause, and provide timely responses.
Take corrective measures to rectify any online banking system errors identified by customers and branches.
Update DBS records, such as branch, ATM, locations, etc.
Participate in new product integration.
Enroll in new product UAT testing.
Follow up on the stability of the Digital Banking platform.
Perform any other related duties required by the Bank.

B.Sc. in Computer Science and other related fields. No prior experience is required only (2023 and 2022 G.C)

SENIOR HUMAN CAPITAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Identify training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and surveys of employees, managers and suggestion from EMT.
Design and develop training programs that meet the identified needs/gaps.
Deliver training programs using a variety of methods according to the bank’s rule, regulations and demand.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and measuring the impact of training on
employee performance and productivity.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in training and development.
Partner with other departments/district/branches to ensure that training programs are aligned with the Bank’s overall goals and
objectives.
Perform other duties as required.
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs using a variety of methods.
Experience with developing and implementing individual learning plans.
Experience with evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
TOT certification from recognized organization.
JOB REQUIREMENT
BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields with 5.5 years of
experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry, of which at least 2 years
as a relevant officer position.

BRANCH MANAGER – GRADE C

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
Remains primarily responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the Branch,
Engages in all operational activities of the branch as required by the volume and intensity of the work,
Ensures the success and best achievement of the Branch in providing excelling customer services,
Prepares annual action plan of the branch and manages all resources availed to accomplish and meet the goal,
Ensure the proper implementation of policies and procedure throughout the branch,
Prepare & submit periodic performance report of the branch.
JOB REQUIREMENT
MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields with 6.5
years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services
manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A
