Position: Customer Service Officer-II
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience: 3 year of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.
Job Description:
• Balances, closes and counter signs the cash book with an authorized official.
• Keeps dual control of vault, petty cash, and ATM machine.
• Follows-up and reconcile all accounts of suspense nature.
• Review and check the correctness of these financial documents to ensure that all information is recorded accurately.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.
