Wegagen Bank Vacancy Fresh Graduates 2023:
Position 1: Graduate Trainee (IFB)
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, accounting, Banking and finance, Marketing and other Banking business related fields.
• Only 2022 up to 2023 graduates can apply
• Age < 25
• CGPA 2.5 and above
• Zero year of Experience
Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory.
To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency.
Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa
Position 2: Property Assessor-II
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field with two (2) years of relevant work experience.
To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.
Place of Work: Northern Regional Office & Mekelle District Office
Position 3: Credit Analyst-I
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
To enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio and the timeliness and effectiveness of credit decision making by reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of credit analysis report, and ensuring sound customer credit risk grading.
Place of Work: Shire District Office
Position 4: Customer Relationship Manager-I
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related fields, with three (3) years of experience.
To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its customers, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers.

Position 5: Sr. Customer Relationship Manager
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related fields, with four (4) years of experience.
To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its customers, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers.

Position 6: Sr. Credit Analyst
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Position 7: Principal Customer Relationship Manager
Qualification & Experience: Masters /Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience.
To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its customers, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers.

Qualification & Experience: Masters /Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience.

Qualification & Experience: 10ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ፣ የ1ኛ ደረጃ መንጃ ፈቃድ ያለው እና በዚሁ መንጃ ፈቃድ በታወቀ መስሪያ ቤት 2 ዓመት የሥራ ልምድ ያለው
