Job Summary
- Ethics Officer will be responsible for ensuring the Bank’s control policies and procedures serve for Ethics and avoiding or minimizing improprieties, allegation, complaints, and conflict of interest. S/He is responsible to analyze and identify incidents or cases from internal and external audit reports that may lead to corruption and improprieties and recommend for possible solution. The job holder is also responsible to conduct research under the supervision of Senior Ethics Manager to identify gaps on bank’s policy and procedure which may cause for improprieties.

District Credit Analyst for Dire Dawa District Office

Job Summary
The Credit Analyst is responsible for activities related to credit analysis and appraisal in the District Office. These include identifying, mitigating factors for credit risk(s); making in-depth credit analysis and appraisal using appropriate analysis techniques; and ensuring that the findings of the analysis are true and correct as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.
