Logistics Manger

Trucksload is looking for a logistics operations manager with capabilities listed below.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage shipment requests, transporter availability and customer services
- Oversee the logistics and delivery lifecycle of shipment orders
- Ensure on-time shipment pick-up and delivery and communicate customers shipment status
- Performing report and data analysis to spot problem areas and chances for operations improvements
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance trends
- Cultivate relationships and negotiate with customers, transporters, brokers, transitors, and drivers.
- Supervise, coach and train freight operation staff
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture
- Cooperate with internal departments for better accomplishment
- Conduct market research for identifying logistics demands, customer needs, and competitive landscapes and develop marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and market share
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as logistics officer, operator, logistics marketing and related roles.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, regulations, and industry trends
- Excellent at customer service management, and communication
