Job Requirements:
BA Degree in Chemical Engineering, food science or Related Field .
1+ years of experience in the same field.

Main Purpose:
Consolidation of Budget, Preparation of management report, Oversee the implementation of the company’s policy and procedure related to CAPEX, OPEX and Production operations of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring KPI’s of each unit, Loss/Waste management/Inventory Management.
- Track Material Usage Variance and report losses/gain and thereby putting actions for future non recurrence
- Follow up and control OPEX expenditures based on cost center report.
- Preparation and updating of annual and strategic plans and budgeting models and ensure ERP is updated with the latest estimates.
- Follow up efficient use of CAPEX expenditures and its utilization.
- Full Utilization of SAP/ERP system using CO, for month end closing cycles & year end closing cycles.
- Implement Internal control on inventory Management.
- Partnering with Production department in a daily basis
- Responsible for the on-time preparation of cost analysis, variance analysis, PV – Mix, WIP & FG variance analysis.
- Preparation & presentation of accurate and timely financial reports/COGS/BOM analysis/Production cost/Stock movement report/landed cost report/cost saving reports/Budget vs actual report/MRP reports to stakeholders.
- Actively involve and provide supporting documentation to the internal & external auditors and tax auditors
- Responsible for the Monthly, quarterly (Spare parts) and annual Stock physical counting.
- Never disclose any financial and non-financial information without the approval of person in charge
- Being punctual and strictly follow office discipline of the organization.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the department.
Job Requirements:
BA degree in accounting and finance.
Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Have at least 4 years previous experience in similar industry in similar role.
Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
