About the Organization:
VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an Institution established according to proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.
VisionFund MFI is currently looking for candidates for Junior E-Banking Officer role. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:
1. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for internal staffs and customers,
- Periodically identifies gaps and takes corrective measures on E-Banking systems
- Participate on implementation, enhancement and support of E-Banking systems
- Participate on implementation of remaining E-Banking products/services
- Follow up correction of any system errors identified by customers and branches,
- Ensure approved correct formats are used for account opening,
- Provide Users training E-Banking Products / Services
- Ensures that proper changes are made in E-Banking systems configuration and parameters,
- Provide support and timely feedback on customer complaints relating to all Digital financial services
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Manager of Digital banking Services Division
Job Requirements
A) EDUCATION/TRAINING
· BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related field.
B) EXPERIENCE
· 0 – 2 Years of experienceC) TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
· Ability to work with very minimum supervision
· Self-motivated with good interpersonal skill
· Excellent report writing and presentation skills
· Proactive and result-oriented
· Exposure to the electronic payment systems in Ethiopia
· Excellent understanding of Digital Financial Services Platform
· High level of analytical and creative skills
· Excellent written and report writing skills in English;
· Understanding of digital channels operations and services
· Excellent complaint handling skills.

Vision Fund is currently operating in five of the Regional States of the country. Vision Fund MFI is currently looking for candidates for Marketing and Communication Division Manager role. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Ensures that market research and market survey are conducted and competitors weaknesses, strengths, response patterns relative to VF MFI are identified;
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
· Analyses the data collected and processes it into information, which would help for making informed decisions;
· Keeps monitoring the market and ensures the communication of new developments, information and marketing intelligence to the CEO, DCEOs, concerned Departments and staff;
· Develop marketing strategies and plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
· Determine optimal marketing channels and campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
· Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all marketing materials.
· Monitor and evaluate brand perception and make recommendations for brand enhancement.
· Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media, etc.).
· Create compelling marketing content, including web copy, blog articles, social media posts, etc.
· Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing collateral.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Manage and optimize the organization’s online presence, including websites and social media accounts
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists.
· Draft and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
· Act as a spokesperson for the company during media interactions or public events.
· Manage crisis communication and handle media inquiries.
· Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
2 .Qualification and experience Requirements
A) EDUCATION/TRAINING
§ MB/MBA/BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics or relevant field.
B) EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 7/9 years of relevant experience, preferably in MFI.
C) TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS
· Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in a similar industry.
· Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3. WORKING CONDITIONS AND LEVEL OF TRAVEL REQUIRED
· Office environment: typical office based with frequent field trips
