Job Requirement

Bachelor degree in Business Management with 5 years’ experience or Master’s degree in Business Management with 3 years’ experience, as Manager/ Head HR and General Administrative Service.
Adequate MS Office Knowledge and skill.

Head Human Resource (HR) and General Administration Responsibilities include:

Staff recruitment, preparation of employment agreement, and company indoctrination
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, directives and company policies
Managing staff wellness and performance reviews
Motivating and supporting staff
Maintaining staff records
Handling employee benefits
Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions
Managing and supervising general administrative services and properties such as facilities, office and office equipment and supplies, vehicles, etc.
Preparing and updating company human resource policies, rules and procedures
Custom clearing of outgoing and incoming aircraft components and parts
Designing and directing staff training programs
Liaison with government and non-government organizations such as ECAA, Airport,
Custom Authority, immigration, internal revenue, etc.
Candidate should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of Labor regulation and HR practice, strategic thinking abilities, and strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
