Job Requirements

Any individual who is aged 21 and above can participate in the competition.
Participants can apply to the competition as an individual or as a team with a maximum of five people in a team.
Each person can only be a member of one team for a single challenge. In the case of a second application, only the first one will be considered unless it is on other challenges.
Make sure you submit different videos for different challenges. You can’t address more than one challenge with a single video.
Each team will have to decide on a main contact person with whom Golden Way administration can keep in touch throughout the competition. This person’s information should be included in the video.
Each team can only submit a video for a single challenge. Once the video is submitted, it cannot be revised. All team members should be present and talk in the introductory video.
An individual or a team can compete more than once for different challenges but can only participate once for a specified challenge.
For the 1st phase the video should not be more than 5 minutes.
For the Semi-final submit a written proposal with a maximum of 20 pages in pdf format through our email address.
At the semi-final and Finale, the idea will be shared in proposal and presentation should be based on the idea in the first submitted video.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
The final will be in person presentation and all finalists must make sure to make themselves available for the presentation.
Participants will be contacted via e-mail, and phone if necessary and can use our email address [email protected] for any inquiry.

How to Apply

Select the Challenges that you prefer to work on and prepare a video pitching your solution for the challenges.
Express your interest by sending your video this telegram link to https://t.me/Goldenwayhabeshabreweries or share a private link to your video on your YouTube account via [email protected]. Remember to include your name, age, institution, email address, year of graduation (past or upcoming) phone number, and the challenge’s title in your video. Submit the video no later than November 30th, 2023.

Ensure all team members are visible in the video, keeping it within 1 minute for introduction and 4 minutes for your pitch.
