Asset Care Engineer – Production
Purpose statement: -To ensure improvement of reliability and life expectancy of asset by analyzing downtime, OEE and recommending innovative, improvement actions that will improve the reliability and performance of assets, systems and maintenance effectiveness of machinery.
Major role and Responsibility
- Monitoring a particular condition in machinery (such as vibration, temperature, current etc) to identify changes that could indicate a developing fault.
- Check the overall conduction of machinery on daily base, Track condition parameter and plan for maintenance.
- Daily production unit supervision and asset handling audit.
- Follow and manage CLIT execution
- Enhance diagnostic and troubleshooting of all machinery.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs, ensure equipment performance monitoring to reduce breakdown by initiating pro-active maintenance.·
- Enhance diagnostic and troubleshooting skill of Operators to reduce length of machine downtime
- Record and monitor all asset related transactions and reporting
- Review maintenance and troubleshooting schedule and align with production schedule. Record, organize and report maintenance and troubleshooting activitie
- Receive and review approved overall production plans, schedules, forecasting and routings. Prepare asset requirement and utilization plan to achieve production target
- Prepare regular asset handling trainings and audit improvements.
- Execute autonomous maintenance.
- Review project timelines, schedules and align with production schedule. Follow local projects and progress reporting.
- manage maintenance Notification on SAP systems and follow execution of the maintenance activity on time.·
Job Requirements
Qualification: –
BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrician- Mechanical Engineering / Electrician Engineering.
With 7 Years of Experiences in FMCG Sector Senior Technician, Senior Maintenance Controller.

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Coordinator
Job Description
- Â Major Role and ResponsibilityÂ
Change and improve material handling practice and layouts.
Position Purpose: – To ensure good manufacturing practice and housekeeping of the company in order to create safe and hazard free working environments and machineries for better productivity.
Audit and improvements
- Audit the overall manufacturing practice of the company and prepare corrective action plan.
- Adopt best practice for better manufacturing practice.
- Check raw and packing materials and products are stored and handled in a manner which prevent mix, contamination, exposure to dust and without affecting housekeeping.
- Review related approved plans, strategies, policies and systems developments and improvements audit findings and reports. Identify gaps and limitations related with GMP/EHS. Develop improved working instruction and procedures to insure GMP and safe working environment.
- Follow all handling of material and products such as receipt, quarantine, labeling, dispensing and processing is done in accordance with approved written procedure, or instruction and recorded.
- Follow and manage the waste (liquid /solid / schedule waste) properly handled by the plant personnel in a way that does not cause cross-contact / contamination to raw materials, work-in-process and finished products at all times.
- Check work area not congested, clean, tidy and clutter-free no unnecessary & unused items in the work area.
- Check and manage all machines and utensils cleaned and in good working order, with all necessary guards or safety features operational or in place.
- Follow and insure the implementation of written SOP.
- Follow dressing code and Wilmar GMP and safety related policy.
- Corrective action and report preparation

Managing people, Systems and materials
- · Train people for good manufacturing practice and better house keepings
- · Manage team leader, operators and attendants to keep the house keeping of production and follow the implementation of GMP
- Follow and manage damage, held and quality rejected product.
Documentation
- Develop training manual, train the employee and assure the implementation of the trainings and document training materials.
Process control
- Develop and follow up production updated and validated SOP’s, working instructions, mixing SOP, process flow diagrams and other operational aid written materials for employees.
- ·Review approved process related improvements, quality monitoring strategies, systems, instructions, SOP’s production assessment reports trial findings RCA analysis results. evaluate and assess compliance of improved process to GMP/EHS requirement. Extract GMP related potential gaps and take proactive resolution methods.
- Check and validate production process, are all weighing and measuring of raw material is performed by qualified person and use approved materials and approved procedures.
- Give refreshment Training about process control and SOP and document training reports.
Job Requirements
Qualification: –
BSC Degre in Chemical Engineering, Industry Chemistry and other related filed with 5 years and above experiences in FMCG sector, more prefer 2 years of Quality assurances Technician experiences.
