Language skill: Knowledge of Ethiopian Somali languages is a mandatory.
Position 3: Personnel & General Service Officer
Qualification: BA Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Management or related field
Work Experience and skills: A minimum of 3/5 years of experience and At least one year direct experience. And Financial Institution work experience is advantageous.

Position 4: Human Resources and Administration Department Manager
Qualification: MA/ B.A degree in Management, HRM, Business Administration field of studies
Work Experience and skills: Total of 8 /10 years of experience out of which at list two years on related position in Financial Institutions.
Place of work: Head Office and other is branch offices in Addis Ababa and outlets.
Position 5: Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA Degree in any Business and Agricultural fields.
Work Experience and skills: 4 years of Branch Manager experience in MFI’s.

Position 6: Sub Branch Manager
Qualification: BA Degree/ Diploma in any Business field
Work Experience and skills: 1/3 years of related work experience in financial institutions
Place of work: Head Office.
